Alltel offers connectivity on QUALCOMM's Secure Phone

The QSec®-2700 Phone is a QUALCOMM designed and manufactured CDMA cell phone used for high assurance, end-to-end encrypted, secure voice and data communications. The phone is capable of communicating at levels up to and including Top Secret, with proper user authorization and the appropriate encryption key.

Only approved government agencies are permitted to use this Phone. The QSec®-2700 phone provides NSA-Certified, Type-1, secure voice communications and secure data connectivity.
